Delivery times vary by location and carrier; tracking information is provided upon shipment.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

Opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
